No. CUPA-HR provides attendees online access to a participant list and session handouts provided by speakers prior to the conference. An e-mail containing the website for session handouts will be sent to all registered attendees approximately one week prior to the conference.

Day One and Day Two Evening Receptions — Light appetizers to accompany beverages
One-day registration fees do not include all the above items, but do include the meals and breaks at the conference on the day of your registration.

Conference dress is business casual. Pack a light sweater or jacket; hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly. Workout clothes are recommended for the Healthy Campus Activities.

The conference events will be held at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. The SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Downtown Hotel is connected to the JW Marriott Indianapolis by a short indoor walkway.
The annual conference has been pre-approved by HRCI and SHRM for 10 credit hours. Forms will be available on the conference handout site on the last day of the conference.
Most conference attendees traveling to the United States will need to obtain a B-1 visa. For additional information, visit the U.S. Department of State website.
