Amid the backdrop of social, economic and political uncertainty, calls for change and equity require universities to heed new voices and be responsive to wider global forces impacting the purpose of education. Our current crisis does not entirely stem from a lack of diversity, but rather from a lack of love and genuine, life-giving relationships. For example, when universities face challenges recruiting people of color, does this stem from an absence of qualified candidates, or from the absence of genuine connection to communities of color?<\/p>\n

Using unique, creative approaches, including music, meditation, wisdom traditions and brain science, Eric Dozier and Homa Tavangar, co-founders of The Oneness Lab, will introduce the concepts behind the popular workshop Deeper Than Diversity, including the 5 Elements of Real Relationship on which transformational cultural change rests. Join them in this creative process of culture-building and explore novel ways to bring all of the elements of your community into deeper and more meaningful relationship.<\/p>\n
