Health and Safety Precautions<\/h2>\n

CUPA-HR is committed to providing a safe environment for our annual conference attendees. To support that effort, in-person attendees will be required to review and sign a Health and Safety Statement<\/a> prior to their arrival.\u00a0<\/span>In this statement, we ask all attendees to attest that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19* and agree not to attend if they have COVID-19 symptoms or if they suspect they have COVID-19 but do not have test results yet.<\/strong>\u00a0If an attendee has been exposed to COVID-19 just before or during the conference, but is not exhibiting symptoms and has not tested positive, we request that they wear a high-quality mask for at least 10 days from exposure, per the most recent CDC guidance.<\/a><\/p>\n

Detailed instructions for reviewing and signing the statement will be included in your registration confirmation email. The waiver must be signed and submitted by October 12.<\/strong>\u00a0Attendees will not be asked to share their vaccination cards but only to attest that they have been fully vaccinated and agree to comply with the provisions as outlined in the Health and Safety Statement. *<\/em>Individuals with a medical or religious reason for not being vaccinated may contact CUPA-HR at\u00a0<\/span>conferences@cupahr.org<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>to discuss the option of attending with certification of a current (within 72 hours of the start of the conference) negative COVID-19 test.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
