The speaker portal is a way for conference presenters to log in to the back end of the conference app.\u00a0On September 25, you will receive an email from TripBuilder Media with instructions and a link for logging in to the speaker portal.<\/strong><\/p>\n In the speaker portal, you can:<\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.23.1″ text_font_size=”20px” text_line_height=”1.8em” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n Presenters are required to bring a laptop computer to make their presentation, and presentations must include live captioning. See the video tutorial below for step-by-step instructions on how to enable live captioning in PowerPoint. <\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n If you’d like to run through your session on-site before presenting, sign up for a time slot for the Speaker Ready Room<\/a> (Summit 2-3) in advance or on site. <\/strong>We ask that presenters reserve no more than two time slots. If your plans change, please use the same link to cancel your time slot(s), so another presenter has the option to use it.\n
