The Salary and Workforce Data You Need! 2017 CUPA-HR Salary Surveys: Gender, Ethnicity, Age, Seniority, Exempt Status, and More!

CUPA-HR is celebrating its 50th anniversary of data collection, and we have made many changes to our salary surveys. For our four flagship salary surveys—Administrators, Professionals, Staff, and Four-Year Faculty—we’re now collecting information on race/ethnicity, gender, age and years in position. In addition, we’re collecting new information on department heads, pay-per-course (adjunct) faculty, exempt status for professionals, turnover rates and HR-staff ratios. In this presentation, you will learn about the preliminary results of the 2017 data collection, as well as implications and action items for your own salary benchmarking, compliance and diversity efforts.
