Kicking off the conference, Valencia College president Dr. Sandy Shugart<\/b>\u00a0will examine the role of HR in creating and building organizational culture. On Monday, Dr.\u00a0<\/strong>Amy Climer<\/b>, an expert in the areas of leadership development and innovation, will offer insights into her methods for creative problem-solving and generating new and innovative ideas. Rounding out the conference, Phyllis Braxton-Frierson<\/b>, who has worked in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) for more than 20 years and serves as CEO and founder of PINK Consulting, will share how we can build a common foundation of understanding around DEI in our campus communities.\u00a0<\/p>\n
