Kicking off the conference, Linda Fisher Thornton<\/b>, author of 7 Lenses: Learning the Principles and Practices of Ethical Leadership,\u00a0<\/span><\/em>will share her model for seeing ethical complexity and offer some guiding principles for learning ethical leadership.<\/span>\u00a0On Monday, Dr. Kand McQueen<\/strong>, who\u00a0studies i<\/span>ssues of the transgender experience, intersexuality and the inadequacies of the two-and-only-two sex\/gender way of thinking, will make the case for a greater acceptance of ALL human beings.\u00a0<\/span>Rounding out the conference, Phyllis Braxton-Frierson<\/b>, who has worked in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) for more than 20 years and serves as CEO and founder of PINK Consulting, will share how we can build a common foundation of understanding around DEI in our campus communities.<\/p>\n
