Registration Policies<\/h2>\n

All registrations must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference.<\/strong>\u00a0Individuals who register using a purchase order are considered fully registered and will be subject to substitution and cancellation deadlines and fees. However, a purchase order does not constitute payment. All purchase orders are due upon receipt of the invoice and must be satisfied by check or credit card prior to April 7<\/b>. Purchase orders used to obtain the advance registration rate must be satisfied by check or credit card prior to February 10<\/strong>. If they have not been paid by February 10, registrants\u00a0will be rebilled at the regular registration rate. Checks must be made payable to CUPA-HR and sent to CUPA-HR, P.O. Box 306257, Nashville, TN 37230-6257.<\/p>\n

Event cancellations<\/a>\u00a0received through April 7 will be processed with no cancellation fee.\u00a0<\/strong>Any cancellations received after that date will not be eligible for refunds. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.<\/p>\n

Substitutions<\/a> can be made through April 7 at no charge.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>After that date, we are unable to process substitutions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Event\u00a0Policies<\/span><\/h2>\n

Code of Conduct<\/strong>
Attendees must behave responsibly at all events. Threatening physical or verbal actions; disorderly or disruptive conduct; and harassment, sexual or otherwise, will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in removal from the meeting, denial of access to virtual meeting platforms, and other penalties. Conference fees will not be refunded if one is removed from the conference as a result of violation of this code.<\/p>\n

Recording<\/b>
The majority of the virtual conference will be recorded. Photos and videos may be used in promotional materials for CUPA-HR. Other recording or photography during virtual conference sessions is prohibited unless prior consent has been obtained from CUPA-HR.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Although we are diligent with our conference planning and anticipate growth from year to year, the response this year has exceeded all expectations. Box 306257, Nashville, TN 37230-6257.\r\n\r\nRegistrations that still carry a balance due after registration closes on\u00a0October 4<\/strong>\u00a0are considered cancellations and will be notified as such. Those registrations will be invoiced for the full cancellation fee of $100. Should the unpaid participant attend the conference, he\/she will be required to pay the on-site registration fee by credit card or check, but will no longer be subject to the cancellation fee.
