global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Registration Policies<\/h2>\n<p><strong>All registrations must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference.<\/strong>\u00a0Individuals who register using a purchase order are considered fully registered and will be subject to cancellation deadlines and fees. However, a purchase order does not constitute payment. All purchase orders are due upon receipt of the invoice and must be paid in full prior to the conference. If purchase orders\/checks are not paid by <strong>March 23<\/strong>, they will be rebilled at the regular registration rate. Checks must be made payable to CUPA-HR and sent to CUPA-HR, P.O. Box 306257, Nashville, TN 37230-6257.<\/p>\n<p>Registrations that still carry a balance due after registration closes on <b>April 6<\/b>\u00a0are considered registered and subject to all registration and cancellation policies. Should the unpaid participant attend the conference, they will be required to pay the on-site registration fee by credit card or check. CUPA-HR is unable to accommodate exceptions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Substitutions<\/strong>\u00a0within the same institution are accepted at no additional processing fee<span> until <strong>April 6<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellations<\/strong>\u00a0received:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Through March 2<\/strong>, the advance registration deadline, will be processed with no cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<li><strong>From March 3 through April 6<\/strong>, the online registration deadline, will be accepted with an administrative fee of $100<span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>After April 6<\/strong>,\u00a0CUPA-HR will be unable to refund any registration payments for the conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>No-shows<\/strong>\u00a0occur when individuals register but do not attend the in-person or virtual conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Substitution and Cancellation Requests<\/strong> \u2014 For substitutions and cancellations, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cupahr.org\/events\/conference-substitution-cancellation\/\">fill out the online form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>CUPA-HR is committed to the health, safety and well-being of all Spring Conference attendees. As such, we will follow local and CDC guidance and will continue to monitor conditions related to COVID-19 and other public health emergencies.
