font-size: 26px;\">Who Should Submit a Proposal?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CUPA-HR members who are higher ed HR professionals with a story to tell or expertise to share<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>CUPA-HR members who are subject matter experts who have unique insight into the challenges facing higher ed HR<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are looking for presenters to share their how-tos, best practices, case studies and lessons learned on timely and relevant topics of importance to higher ed HR. While we encourage all interested presenters to submit proposals on any topic(s) relevant to higher ed HR, our members have identified the following as <strong>key topics of interest<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artificial intelligence and HR technology<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment and retention<\/li>\n<li>Cultural competence<\/li>\n<li>HR data and analytics<\/li>\n<li>Leadership development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Only CUPA-HR members are eligible to submit a presentation proposal for the spring conference.<\/strong> If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact <a href=\"mailto:memberservice@cupahr.org\"><span>memberservice@cupahr.org<\/span><\/a> for details on membership and the dues amount for your institution or organization.
