On Wednesday, Homa Tavangar and Eric Dozier, cofounders of the Oneness Lab, will present their workshop “Calling Out, Calling In, or Calling Up: Building Racial Literacy to Confront the Empathy Gap and Engage in Authentic Relationship-Building.” Closing out the conference on Thursday, Jody Urquhart, author, motivational speaker and stand-up comedian, will provide guidance on how we can ensure our employees are happy, empowered and recognized for their contributions, with the ultimate goal of improving morale and retaining key performers.
