The registration form on this page applies only to higher education institutions and higher education conference presenters. Corporate partners must register for the conference by purchasing an exhibit booth or joining us as a non-exhibiting corporate partner (when available).

Registration Policies

Online registration closes April 14.

All registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.

Additional Member Discount: When one person from a member institution purchases a full registration to the conference, any other individuals from that institution who register by the early registration deadline (March 3) will receive the discounted rate.

Substitutions within the same institution are accepted through April 14.

Cancellations received:

  • Through March 3, the early registration deadline, will be processed with no cancellation fee.
  • From March 4 through April 14, the online registration deadline, will be accepted with an administrative fee of $100. 
  • After April 14, CUPA-HR will be unable to refund any registration payments for the conference.

No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
