Attention Corporate Attendees and Presenters
The registration form on this page applies only to employees of higher education institutions, higher education conference presenters, and non-exhibiting corporate presenters.
Corporate partners must register for the conference by purchasing an exhibit booth or joining us as a non-exhibiting corporate partner (ONLY available in the event of a sold-out exhibit hall).

Registration Policies
Online registration closes March 17.
All registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.
Additional Member Discount: When one person from a member institution purchases a full registration to the conference, any other individuals from that institution who register by the early registration deadline (February 18) will receive the discounted rate.
Substitutions within the same institution are accepted through March 17.
Cancellations received:
- Through February 18, the early registration deadline, will be processed with no cancellation fee.
- From February 19 through March 17, the online registration deadline, will be accepted with an administrative fee of $100.
- After March 17, CUPA-HR will be unable to refund any registration payments for the conference.
No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
