The CHRO Summit preconference workshop offers an opportunity for chief HR officers from institutions across the country to engage and interact with higher ed thought leaders and each other while exploring the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead for our institutions and higher ed HR. Topics include:

    Current and Future Challenges and Priorities

    The Summit will open with a discussion of the priorities and challenges our campuses and HR teams are facing now and into the future.

    The Current Climate Impact on Resources and Budgets: How To Be Strategic, Innovative and Practical

    In this segment, we’ll discuss current financial pressures and shifting resource demands facing higher ed institutions. Panelists will share their institution’s key HR approaches and strategies for action, then through small-group discussion and reflection, we’ll identify key approaches to adapt, innovate and drive meaningful solutions within our own organizations.
