The registration form on this page applies only to employees of higher education institutions, higher education conference presenters, and non-exhibiting corporate presenters. Corporate partners must register for the conference by purchasing an exhibit booth or joining us as a non-exhibiting corporate partner (ONLY available in the event of a sold-out exhibit hall).

Registration Policies

All registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.

Additional Member Discount: When one person from a member institution purchases a full registration to the conference by the early registration deadline (July 23), any other individuals from that institution who register by the early registration deadline will receive the discounted rate.

Substitutions within the same institution are accepted through September 22.

Workshop and conference cancellations received:

  • Through July 23, the early registration deadline, will be processed with no cancellation fee.
  • From July 24 through September 22, the online registration deadline, will be accepted with an administrative fee of $100 for conference cancellations and $25 for CHRO Summit cancellations. 
  • After September 22, are not eligible for a refund.

No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
