CONFERENCE APP SPEAKER PORTAL INFORMATION

The speaker portal is a way for conference presenters to log in to the back end of the conference app. On September 25, you will receive an email from TripBuilder Media with instructions and a link for logging in to the speaker portal.

In the speaker portal, you can:

  • Edit your speaker profile. Note: Your first and last name cannot be edited in the portal. If you need to edit your first or last name, please email [email protected].
  • Upload session materials/handouts for attendees. Handouts may not exceed 10MB each, and accepted file types are PDF, PPT, XLS, DOC, TXT, PNG and JPG. Handouts that don’t meet these criteria cannot be downloaded by our attendees, so please double-check before uploading. See the video tutorial below for step-by-step instructions on how to upload session materials to the app.

  • Add polls to your session (optional). 

PRESENTATION REMINDERS

Presenters are required to bring a laptop computer to make their presentation, and presentations must include live captioning. See the video tutorial below for step-by-step instructions on how to enable live captioning in PowerPoint.    

If you’d like to run through your session on-site before presenting, sign up for a time slot for the Speaker Ready Room (Summit 2-3) in advance or on site. We ask that presenters reserve no more than two time slots. If your plans change, please use the same link to cancel your time slot(s), so another presenter has the option to use it.
