Get the Conference App

To help you navigate the conference, download the conference app, which features:

  • Easy log-in instructions
  • A customizable schedule
  • Session handouts (if provided)
  • Attendee, speaker, sponsor and exhibitor lists

Download and set up the app before you head to the conference, so you will have what you need when you need it!

How to Download and Log In to the App

Download the “CUPA-HR Conferences” app onto your phone. You can search for it in your app store, scan the QR code below, or visit www.tripbuildermedia.com/apps/cupahr. Once you’ve downloaded the app, open it and select 2024 CUPA-HR Spring Conference. 

The first time you open the app, you will be prompted to log in. Your user name is the email associated with your conference registration (most likely your work email). To create a password, click the Reset Password link.
(Note: It may take a few minutes for the reset email to make it to your inbox.)

That’s it! Once you log in, you have access to everything in the app.

How to Customize Your App

  • Update your app profile. We encourage you to add a profile photo so other attendees can put a face with your name. Simply click on MyProfile, click Edit at the top of the screen, and click the image to upload your photo. If you choose to add other details, you can determine whether they’re shared in the app attendee list (public) or not (private).
  • Create your custom schedule. Click the Schedule icon and select the items you want to appear in your custom schedule for each day of the conference. To access your schedule, click the MyEvent icon and select MySchedule.
  • Customize other features as you wish. Click the Attendees icon to add attendees to your MyContacts list. Click the Exhibitors icon to add exhibitors to your MyBooths list. Use the Notes features in the sessions, attendees list and exhibitors list to jot down ideas (these are viewable only by you). You can export them late.

From time to time, you may see the word “Sync” in red on the refresh icon at the top of the app screen. When you do, be sure to click it so your app has all of the latest information!
